The Confucian Mansion Dishes were served as the family dishes for nobel families of Confucius’s descendants during the past 2000 years.The dishes，utilizing many different kinds of flavoring，stress color，fragrance， taste， shape and a variety of serving vessels， and are especially appropriate for wedding， birthday， and family banquet originating fron the late Qing Dynasty ，utilizes specially made vessels to serve 196 dishes and is the highest level among the Confucian Mansion banquets.
