Sheldrake Lying in Snow(Ma Ya Wo Xue)is one of the most famous dishes from the Weishan Lake region.Braising and flying the sheldrake with fermented soya sauce， hot pepper oil ，and pepper powder is following by serving the cooked sheldrake on a plate covered with braised egg white.
