　　In order to upgrade and realize the assignments， which are still under negotiation， Investment Promotion Bureau fatherly specified visiting time， responsible person and assignment responsible authorities. And then organized the clients from all counties to form a professional delegation to pay back visit， with the aim of upgrading the projects. By now， 59 out 111 key projects under negotiation have already paid back visit; 35 intentions of them have been confirmed; 7 of them have been upgraded from intentions to agreements; 17 of them have been promoted into contracts.

　　Main projects and effects are: Central District emphasizes the supervision on the key segment of promoting projects. It follows up the project to develop “Shuan Bi Quan Business Street” of Zhong Chi Group. This project has already launched with deconstruction and move. Yanzhou City sets up a system of job responsibility in following and negotiating of the projects; it also invited guests from EP Co. America to make an on-the-spot investigation here. Zouchen City carries out a system of leader responsibility and sent 23 small groups to Shenzhen， Xiamen， Shanghai， Wenzhou and etc. to attract investment. The 400 million Yuan project of establishing ‘Kong Meng University’， invested by Hongkong Toronto Co.Ltd is now in the phase of address choosing. Qufu City selects some projects to focus on.Jiaxiang County classifies and arranges all the projects amounts above 5 million yuan. And each county magistrate is responsible for one project.方正Tech. Electronic project of Shandong University and other 5 projects laid foundation in Jiaxiang on Oct. 19th.
