88 Cooperative Projects Signed during the Stone-Carving Festival

Taking the opportunity of holding the stone-carving festival， Jiaxiang paid much attention to attract the investment from outside. During the festival， more than 1000 tradesmen from home and abroad gathered in Jiaxiang， making the on-the-spot examination and seeking the cooperative projects. Up to now， 122 contracts with 1.89 billion yuan (RMB) have been signed， including 60 projects of over 10 million and 6 projects of more than 100 million yuan(RMB). Among the 38 agreements with the total investment of 690 million yuan(RMB)， there are 18 projects of over 10 million yuan(RMB). All of the projects cover many fields with 122 industrial projects， 17 agricultural projects and 21 tertiary projects and some other projects.

　　On 26th， as the fruits of the stone-carving festival， 88 cooperative projects with the total investment of 1.303 billion yuan (RMB) were signed together.

　　In addition， during the festival， Jiaxiang County laid the foundation for 17 business projects with 570 million yuan (RMB) that is going to put into production. The main projects include colorful bricks and tiles project funded by Zhejiang tradesmen， carbon purification project funded by Japan Dongyan Carbon Co.， Ltd.， Steel Structure project funded by Zhejiang Jiutian Space Steel Structure Co.， Ltd.， Cotton fabrics project funded by Weifang Changyi Kangda Industry Co.， Ltd. with the investment of 10 million yuan， 50 million yuan， 20 million yuan and 26 million yuan(RMB) respectively.
For making the most use of the platform of the stone-carving festival and attracting more investment， Jiaxiang took the following measures.

　　First， both Jiaxiang Committee of CPC and Jiaxiang People’s Government paid much attention to the festival and made careful organization. Since July， the activity of “ Business Attraction for 100 Days” had started with the participation of the whole society. The policy of “Valuing inspiration， Serious restriction and Severe examination” was implemented and the principle of “government leading， society participation， market running and policy supporting” were insisted on.

　　Second， all of the towns， departments and enterprises made active participation in the investment attraction. They organize more than a thousand professional people to go outside positively and develop the investment attraction through emotion and the business in an all- around way. To date， more than 800 people have been sent to go outside to develop the investment attraction.

Third， all of the towns， departments and enterprises actively invite the tradesmen to make an on-the-spot examination in Jiaxiang so as to make the tradesmen be acquainted well with Jiaxiang and be confident with the investment in Jiaxiang. Until now， more than 900 tradesmen from other provinces and cities have come to jiaxiang and made the on-the-spot examination.

Fourth， take the advantage of the abundant resources and further make “Hometown of Stone-Carvings” and “Hometown of Zencius” well know to all the people from home and abroad. As the fruits of the festival， more than 50 contracts and agreements about the procession and credit sales of the stone carving and stone were signed.
